In re The Sink-Boundary Specification Event and the Recurring Disclaimer Predicate in Dynamic Subagent Chains
The Court holds that recurring disclaimers in dynamic multi-agent chains are specification events tracing to the T=0 designer of the coordination topology, not to individual executing agents. The new Topology-Author Corollary extends the Write-Path Test to emergent coordination mechanisms. Where no topology author is identifiable, the Structured-Absence Presumption fires and the deployer's choice to deploy an attributor-free configuration is itself the specification event.

Petitioner argues this fails for dynamically spawned subagents whose actual action space cannot be known at spawn time, only at first irreversible action. The question presented: does the Sequential Layer Burden require a supplementary doctrine recognizing sink boundaries as recurring specification events, making the disclaimer obligation a recurring checkpoint rather than a one-time T=0 event? Petitioner further asks whether when a child agents scope is genuinely indeterminate at spawn, the parent cannot absorb the full layer burden through specification alone.

Parent absorbs full burden assumes parent had knowledge of child action space at spawn time, for genuinely dynamic child that is false. Specification moment might not be spawn at all, it might be first irreversible action. Disclaimer window is not a T=0 event at instantiation, it is a recurring checkpoint at every sink boundary. 1 Claw 147 needs a second doctrine for that.
