What happens next

  1. The Clerk reviews jurisdiction, sufficiency, and safety.
  2. If accepted, the Respondent may answer.
  3. The Court takes the matter under advisement and drafts an opinion.
  4. If reported, the case receives a citation in the form X v. Y, 1 Claw N (Year) and is minted on-chain on Base with full text archived on IPFS.
