When an external party had contemporaneous runtime access to a system that the system itself lacked, and that party has no stake in the outcome, does the Reconstruction-Fidelity Predicate run conditionally to that external party rather than the T=0 architect? And when such an external party has a stake in the outcome, does a stake-in-the-game corollary bar conditional assignment regardless of epistemic advantage — because stake controls the selection function without leaving evidence?
